AUTHENTIC INDIAN RECIPE

Hi everyone. Today I’m back with another authentic Indian recipe called “Kesari”. It basically looks like a soft yellow coloured cake occasionally prepared during any functions.


Summary
My Version
* Boil 250 ml evaporated milk and 250ml water
* Add Raja's Kesari Mix and Stir for 1 minutes
* Add 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
* Add 6 tbsp ghee.
* Stir till cooked.
* Pour into tray,
* In separate pan , Heat 3 tbsp ghee
* Roast 1/2 cup cashew nut and 1/2cup raisin
* Add on top Kesari.



1. Firstly, heat the pan on slow flame and add 250ml of water.


2. Secondly, pour 250ml of evaporated milk



 3Add 1 packet Raja's Kesari Mix (450gram) and stir slowly for a minute



 4Next add half cup of desiccated coconut.




5. Add 6 tablespoon of ghee and continue stirring to prevent lump formation.


6. Within few minutes when the mixture has thick consistency transfer it to clean tray and pressed on it to make even.


 7In a separate pan add 3 tablespoons of ghee, fry the cashew nuts and raisins till golden brown 



8. Now add the cashew and raisins on the kesari


 9. Well, it is ready to taste and enjoy with your family. Good  Luck!
