Depression occurs due to accumulate of negative emotion inside body. It appears during the mind at the verge of its peak and uncontrollable emotion conquering the body. At the moment everything shall be blank and only negative comment whispering surrounding you. Bit by bit you will lose count and know which is the reality or illusion that you see.
Negative development shall spur out from your mind like waterfall whiles you starting to lose your rational. Sometime it is possible for the depression to dig deeper than the initial state. It makes you difficult to explain thus causing you to start distancing from people. Thus, it is crucial to know on how to properly dealing with the depression.
Ø Remember all the happy memories and eventful scenery
Before doing anything stupid, try to look once more into the mirror and remember everything that can spur happy memory. Being in depression is hard but a proper positive emotion is enough to spur all the rationality that you lose and wise enough to handle you action without wasting your life.
Ø Don’t shut yourself inside home and go outside for freshen air
Never try to shut yourself from the world if you knew that the depression in on the way coming. Always stick with others when it’s come so that you shall not be alone. Better stay in a group of loves one and stay communicated with another in order to avoid you feels so lonely.
Ø Engage in activity that can make you sweat and energize
Try to go out frequently and interact with stranger. This will help you gain more interesting experience that can make you occupy. Be engage with activity that involves many peoples. This shall lead you to be more open and gaining new acquaintance in the same time under positive development.
Ø Destroy everything that can bring you negative emotion
Never keep the thing that makes you feel insecure and bad fortune into the family. Destroy everything that you don’t want and discard those that are dangerous toward the love one. By discarding bad influence inside home, the house will gain positive spur development that will benefit everyone.
Ø Always do a good favor in life
Never stop doing a good deed in life as it shall come back to you as state by karma. Believe in human and believe in yourself. Try becoming close with people and doing good favor occasionally. Never though for reward but only focus in helping people sincerely. With this, your heart shall be peace and harmony at all the time.
Conclusion, we can avoid depression if we let loose everything that shut inside us. Be more talkative and become closer with the love one. Try to discard any negative feeling and absorb more into happy moment between you and family. This way you can be sure feel gratitude and enough in life.
