SELAMBUT

Selambut the Malaysian traditional game known as Batu Seremban or Serembat. To play this game we at least need 2 players. One of the most famous indoor games among Malaysian girls.

Selambut need some pieces of fruit, rubber seeds, pebbles or small stones, chunks of other objects commonly used round, often the maximum amount as five seeds. Additionally, the material bag is sewn and stuffed with saga seeds, sand, etc. are also used.

The game is usually played at leisure, on the porch of the house, within the house, within the park or anywhere else that there's a clean, flat surface. The players sit on the ground, and play in turns.

In Batu Seremban game, there are several levels or other ways of celebration. The game will start with an easy first stage, within which a chunk of fruit is used, up to a tougher level or top level of seven named.

Fruit One:

● All fruits should be dispersed, but altogether the fruit isn't touching each other.

● Fruit is the mother, and therefore the mother had to be tossed into the air.

Fruit Two:

● Toss the 2, three seeds are collected simultaneously.

Fruit Four:

● Fruit mother would be tossed into the air.

● At the identical time, the player must collect all four pieces of fruit that are on the ground together.

Fruits Five:

● The fruit of the five is played as four.

● Players must toss mother-to-air and collect the four pieces of fruit on the ground simultaneously.

● After that, the mother should be tossed into the air and at an identical time, four pieces of fruit that are within the player's hand must be placed on the ground in order that only the mother of the sole ones who are welcomed.

Fruit Six:

● In the sixth stage, the players have slightly different opinions.

● At this stage, the player will get two pieces of fruit that may be of the mother.

● When a chunk of it's tossed into the air, another piece of the mother should be exchanged with other fruits found on the ground to the end.

Fruit Seven:

● Fruit could be a sequence of seven of six.

● Two pieces of fruit that's within the hand should be tossed simultaneously.

● After that, only 1 of which can be collected seeds.

● Fruit mothers should be celebrated with both hands.

● One within the left hand, and another on his mitt.

● In the end, the mother of the latter will be celebrated.
