For Chicken
3 litres water
1 Chicken cube
Salt
Ginger garlic
1 full chicken
1 tsp sesame oil
Pandan leaves
Boil water with all the other ingredients put in chicken cook for 25 min or till the chicken is cooked.
For rice
Ginger and garlic and pandan leaves, heat up 1 spoon of butter and little oil drop the rice and stir in together with the ginger and garlic just for 2 mins. Add in little salt and Use the water from cooking the chicken half and half normal water to cook the rice.
(2 CUPS RICE = 3 CUPS WATER / 1.5 CUP WATER FROM CHICKEN WAS COOKED 1.5 NORMAL WATER)
For chili
1 tsp sesame oil
6 red chilies
2 bird eye chilies
3 cloves of garlic
2-inch ginger
Lime juice from half lime
Put in the water from the cooked chicken to blend till fine
For Soy sauce
Sweet soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Lite soy sauce
Garlic chop fine
Heat oil
Cook garlic till slightly brown then add in both the sauce and cook for 1 min
Add 1 tbsp of chicken water.
Don’t put too much of lite soy sauce, will be salty then.
For soup
Use little water from the cooked chicken
Add water salt pepper and fish ball or anything and 1 chicken cube. Cook well.
Garnish everything with coriander leaves.
