Human tend to have imperfections in their life. After all, human is not a perfect creature in the first place and we tend to make mistake in life. This mistake can come in the form of behaviors, speech, mindset, and so on. Thus, being forgetful is one of these traits.
Firstly, always exercise on your daily routine. Keep in mind that, a healthy brain comes from a healthy body. Thus it is crucial to have a good condition body to enhance the mind activity. After all, without a proper vessel how the interior going to be in good and perfect condition. It is not a waste of time having a good body on top with a good mind.
Secondary, always and keep socializing. This is needed in order to keep your mind active during the conversation occur. After all, every word and speech that comes from our mouth originally comes from the mind. Thus it is a good way to make the mind exercise and always working at all time. If not, being forgetful is an easy punishment we can get.
Thirdly, don’t forget to sleep well. A good sleep is a good activity for the brain. It not only prevents you to be forgetful but also making your mind sharper and alert. Mind is also like the body need a proper rest that can enhance its potential upon it’s an awakening. After all, this is the appropriate way in making the mind stronger and note vice versa.
Lastly, eat a healthy food. A healthy food is a nutrient for the mind and also the body. After all, all the benefit we get from the food usually will pass down to all part of the body including the mind also. Thus, it is reasonable to eat a healthy food from now if we want to have a healthy mind and not to be a useless one.
Conclusion, we can pin point out the benefit of having a good brain from all these. It is normal for people want to have a perfect brain for the benefit and forte that come with it. Without it, people will become dumb and easy to take advantage often by the others.
