A Cantonese dish belonging to Southern China and Hong Kong but it's also famous in Malaysia too. People eat this dish for breakfast.

This dish is made with yellow egg noodles which are cooked along dark sauce. For topping they put pork meat, prawns and etc. some add sambal belacan during eating to add spiciness.

It's one of Malaysian favourites because they eat bee hoon on breakfast, tea break, dinner time. It's a simple delicious dish we can get easily in Malaysia.
