There are two types of sauce one is dark and the other is spicy red. It is a dip paired with variety of tofu.
Dark sauce
2 tablespoons of tauco
2 tablespoon of corn flour
2 tablespoon of wheat flour
3 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
3 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Sugar
3 cups of water.
Steps
Grind everything in blender and let it to cook in slow fire.
Spicy Red Gravy
Half cup of roasted peanut
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of corn flour
Sugar
Salt
3 cups of water
Steps
1. Grind all the ingredient above.
2. Add oil in hot wok. Then, add 2 diced garlic.
3. Add the 3 tablespoons of chilli paste.
4. Finally, add the grinded ingredients from blender to wok. Let it to cook in slow fire for 5 minutes.
It can be eaten with assorted tofu, sausages and vegetables. For a kick add sesame seed and fried shallot on top of the gravy before serving.
