Catch the world-famous Malaysian singer Yuna tonight as she headlines the final of
#GroovesWithU, a series of music performances that are broadcast online for free.
This special show will take place tonight (May 30) at 8:30 p.m. on U Mobile's YouTube channel.
The # GroovesWithU Final is also a Raya Special, so the Kedah-born singer will also perform some of her favorite festive tunes as well as her biggest Malay hits.
To make this event even more significant, Yuna will contribute a portion of her artist's fees to the food bank The Missing Food Project and the crowdfunding site KITA Fund—the two organizations that have been providing assistance to communities impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
"This series is especially meaningful to me because first of all, I'm delighted to be able to sing and connect with my fans even in this time of social distancing," Yuna said in a press release.
"Secondly, I'm able to perform some of my favorite Hari Raya tunes to make this Raya even more memorable.
"I’m also glad to mark this partnership with U Mobile in a meaningful way with a donation to two organizations who are providing COVID-19 relief to those in need, The Lost Food Project and KITA Fund."
#GroovesWithU music streams is part of U Mobile’s #RayaWithU campaign which aims to spread the message of giving and positivity while supporting local businesses and talents at the same time.
The #GroovesWithU Raya Special featuring Yuna, SonaOne, Pastel Lite, and Bil Musa will stream for free tonight (May 30) at 8.30pm on www.youtube.com/umobile.
