In Paris, the cafe used giant teddy bears to ensure that customers were at least 1m away from each other, while in Amsterdam, the restaurant set up tiny 'greenhouses' with tables on the waterfront so that diners would be safe from passers-by.
Meanwhile, in Malaysia, Sunway University has put up live sized cut-outs celebrities and famous figures on campus to ensure students practice social distance learning.
Today, 1 July, in a Facebook post, Sunway University launched its creative social distance measure by posting eight photos of its campus.
A photo of the lecture hall shows more than 20 cut-outs between one or two seats.
Celebrities and famous figures such as Taylor Swift, Yuna, Lee Chong Wei, Nicol David, Jack Ma, and Albert Einstein, among others, are all sitting in the hall waiting for students to join them for a class.
Outside the lecture hall, we can see BTS' Jongkook, Mr. Bean, JK Rowling, and many more on the benches.
At the time of writing, the post had gone viral with more than 1,800 shares, even though it was posted a few hours ago.
Thousands of netizens flocked to the comment section to commend the creative action of Sunway University, while others said they were excited to go back to campus.
"Sunway has the most creative support team," said the Facebook user.
"Can't wait to go back to campus and sit next to Jungkook," said the netizen.
Some netizens said that Sunway University should also include Tan Sri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah- the founder of the Sunway Group.
